FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

What are your check in and check out times?

Check in is from 4pm on scheduled day of arrival and check out is by 10am on day of departure.

 

Is there wifi available?

Yes we do have wifi throughout and the access info is on our quick start guide when you arrive.

 

How do we get the keys?

To the right of the house are two key safes. You will be sent the details for which safe and the code a day or two before your scheduled arrival date.

 

Can we bring more than two dogs?

We don’t feel that this a suitable place for more than two dogs but you  are welcome to give us a call on 07768897915  if you would like to discuss this.

 

Do you supply a welcome pack?

Yes, our guests generally say it is one of the best they have received. It includes bread, milk, butter, tea bags, coffee pods, eggs, cooking oil, local soft cheese, marmalade, muesli or granola, plus some fruit and a few other items we are sure you will enjoy.

 

Do you have a coffee machine?

Yes we have a simple Lavazza machine that takes standard coffee pods. We supply some but you are welcome to bring your own should you prefer to.

 

Will the hot tub be OK to use when we get there?

Our changeover process for the hot tub includes a hot water fill so it should generally be good to use from 6pm onwards, sometimes sooner. You can find more information in our Hot Tub User file below.

 

Can you resend the hot tub and sauna user guidance?

The guidance and agreement form are below. Please download and return minimum 3 days before your arrival.

We don't have a printer/I cannot complete the hot tub use agreement. Will I still be able to use the hot tub?

If you are unable to complete the agreement form please let us know as we can send a MS Word file instead. If this is still possible to complete, please make sure that you send us confirmation that you have read the documents and your agreement to them by email to theoldchapelpentney@outlook.com a minimum 3 days before your arrival.  

Can we play they piano in the music room?

If you have booked the music room, then please do play it. We just love to see photos & videos or hear recordings of guests playing the piano, the ukelele and any instruments you bring with you.

 

We are staying and would like to access the music room but we did not include it in our original booking. Can we get access to it?

Yes. Just contact us by phone, text or whatsapp on 07768897915 and we can arrange that.

 

What is there to do locally?

Norfolk has fantastic beaches, exhilarating walks, a great local food & art scenes plus a huge variety of events throughout the year and the city of Norwich is only a short drive away. A few days before your arrival we send you a list of things that are taking place during your stay, with a printed copy waiting for you on arrival. Our plans have changed. Do you have a cancellation policy?

We would like to stay longer than our scheduled stay. Is that possible?

If there is no-one else booked in on the extra days, and we are still able to complete the required housekeeping changeovers then yes it may well be possible to extend your stay. Just contact us by phone, text or whatsapp on 07768897915 and we can arrange that.
