Step indoors and be greeted by a world of comfort and sophistication. The understated but fully equipped kitchen/dining area, with double doors that open to the garden, sets the stage for delightful gatherings. An adjacent utility room offers both convenience and practicality. The living room, awash in natural light under its vaulted ceiling, boasts a unique layout with separate ‘Romeo & Juliet’ staircases leading to the first-floor bedrooms. It also hosts a 52inch Amazon TV with digital recording box which you can all enjoy from our quality leather suite. Completing the ground floor, is a convenient double bedroom (bedroom 3) opposite the main bathroom, with a heated Bluetooth mirror that allows you to enjoy your favourite sounds or podcasts as you unwind in a soothing hot bath.
Take one set of stairs up to our main double bedroom (bedroom1), complete with en-suite shower room and view over the fields. Taking the second staircase brings you to bedroom two which you can choose to set up as a lavish super-king bed or two sumptuous singles. All beds use high-end, hotel quality, 2000 pocket spring mattresses, which together with the fresh Norfolk air should ensure you have a great nights’ sleep.
Venture outdoors to find a captivating garden space, a paradise blend of Mediterranean plants, decking and gravel. Unwind by the fire pit/barbecue, roasting marshmallows while seated on quirky tree stump seating. Savour wood-fired delights from the pizza oven or simply dine alfresco with garden furniture and relaxed seating area. Tucked away, the optional social hot tub awaits your leisure, where (on a clear night & if you turn off the nearby lights) you can relax and marvel at all the stars in those big, dark Norfolk skies. If you are in the hot tub in full sun or a light shower just unwind the electronic canopy for shade or shelter. NOTE: If you dont want to use the hot tub during your stay, please select 'No Hot Tub' when booking for a £20/night discount. Adjacent to the hot tub, the infrared sauna offers extra relaxation, soothing and healing and can be a great way to set up the day. Finally, a contemporary music room awaits you, available for a small charge. The music room features a gorgeous Kawai baby grand piano, which we would love you to play and enjoy no matter your musical ability; try your hand at with the ukelele or listen to the quality high-fidelity sound equipment, vinyl and cd collection plus relaxing seating. It's a harmonious addition to time spent enjoying the fire pit and hot tub, especially if musical talent graces your group.
